Call for Participation for VISUAL ARTISTS BASED IN MUNICH

How contemporary artists can acquire the knowledge, skills and connections to develop their career?

PLATFORM will send three visual artists for free!

PLATFORM Munich, through the Münchner Arbeit gGmbH as a responsible body, covers participation fee (350 EUR) and travel costs (up to 350 EUR) for three visual artists with a permanent residency in Munich or adjacent administrative districts to participate at the Summer School organized by the Foundation “The Artists and the Others” in Maastricht and Tilburg 24-28 August 2020.

The participation fee covers: professional trainings, accommodation in Tilburg and Maastricht, transportation between Tilburg and Maastricht and meals. Any other costs are to be covered by the participants.

The summer school offers graduated international artists a one-week program in order to support their professional artistic practice. The program combines a series of workshops, seminars, lectures and discussions providing the artists with skills and tools to support their professional artistic practice through networking sessions and meetings with local art institutions, galleries, curators and other actors of the local art/cultural scene of Tilburg and Maastricht.
