Fluid Festival | Fluide Räume/Grenzen/Identitäten
No video selected.

English Version: As part of the Fluid Festival, we would like to invite artists* to exhibit their projects on the theme of fluid spaces/borders/identities and to incorporate their contributions into the scenic landscape. At various locations on the grounds, people and nature can enter into dialogue through art. Thus, during this weekend, we will enable our visitors* to experience, discover, and engage in exchange with contributions to the examination of "fluid making" on the grounds. From 25.06.-27.06.21 we will organize the Fluid Festival for the first time on the scenic area of an old mill in Friedland, southeast of Berlin. In addition to the musical component, an exhibition will be integrated into the overall concept, for which we would like to invite you to submit a contribution within the framework of this call for submissions on the topic of Fluid Spaces/Boundaries/Identities.  In the PDF of the attachment you will find, for thematic orientation, in addition to the text of the call for proposals also some visual impressions of the places on the site where the art spaces are to be created.

More information about the framework and the intention of the festival can be found at www.fluidfestival.de . We are looking forward to your feedback, in case of questions and/or suggestions we are at your disposal.  With warm regards from the curation team.  A short summary about us, the festival and the idea behind it: At the Fluid Festival we want to create a space in which everyone can develop freely and we create and celebrate together for 3 days a togetherness in which there is no place for homophobia, misogyny (mysogyny), xenophobia and racism. The encounters should rather be characterized by love, diversity and appreciation and at the same time it is our concern to rethink conventions, to give trust and to respect and protect personal boundaries. It means a lot to us to treat the resources of our world and our existence with care and attention, so that we can continue to move together.
